Your words can change your life

The life we are living today is a total sum of the words spoken by us and those who are of significance to us. That tells us that words must be powerful. In six days God created the world. He made the sun, moon, stars, the seas, the land, the heavens, grass animals and human beings. How did he do it? It was through words. If you read Genesis, the first book of the bible, you will find that God made man in his likeness. Meaning that people are like God. Therefore if we are like God, it follows that we would create our own worlds in a similar way i.e. through our WORDS. So, are you living the life that you've always wanted to live? If not then it is time to start saying a few words that will make you go in the right direction. If you're sceptical about this then try it. The first key is to keep saying it until you see it. The second key is not to give up. Your confessions or your words are a demonstration or evidence of what you believe in. If my confession is I AM EMPOWERED TO PROSPER, this is the demonstration of what I believe about myself. It is a demonstration of my faith. If you're not prospering now, but keep saying the latter confession, you will find in due course that everything that you are doing begins to prosper. Napolean Hill wrote a best selling book called the Power of Positive Thinking. Positive thoughts create a particular mindset that causes you to be successful and prosper. So the words you say are determined by the mindset you have. Therefore it is advisable to fill your mind with material that takes you in the direction that you want to go. My main source is the bible. One scripture says that "My path shines brighter and brighter..." Meaning that at every point in my life I am making progress and getting better. Another scripture tells me "My life is pleasant and my future is bright." (Psalms 16v6). I say these words everyday for myself, my husband and my daughter. I know that my life is absolutely pleasant because I've made sure through my words! So today fill you mind with the right things and start speaking your way to the TOP!

How do you cross over from constant disappointment to the land of fulfilled dreams?

 There is a lot of literature out there talking about positive thinking and positive confessions. The authors tell us that success begins in the mind and the first step to achieving that successful life and fulfilling all your dreams is to change your thoughts to those that are positive. The importance of changing your thoughts lies in the fact that your thoughts will eventually change the words that you speak. Apparently the 'Universe has ears'. The universe will obey or respond to the words that you speak.Therefore the premise is that there is incredible power in our words. If you are one that believes that this is outrageous then consider how positive words can be encouraging to a child in life and then consider how damaging negative words can be. Some people have blamed their outcome in life on the words spoken over them as they were growing up. There you have it- words have power. Your present circumstances are a sum total of your thoughts and the words that you speak. This therefore helps us to understand that you can then change your circumstances by changing your thoughts and the words that you speak. If you don't like what you see you can re-create your world. So the question again: How do you cross over from constant disappointment to the land of fulfilled dreams? The answer to that is to keep making your faith declarations, no matter how long it takes. The key to not giving up is a firm belief that what you are saying will surely come to pass.

So start filling your mind with all things good, then start declaring it. No matter how long it takes you will surely see the manifestation of your words in your life. I have seen it happen. Now its time for you too!

New Facebook Mobile Phone - Hot off the Press!!!

The mobile phone is the second most searched for item on the internet, which makes it no surprise that there are rumours that Facebook is planning to launch it's very own mobile phone! The Muliti-million dollar generating social network is second in line to Google as the most visited website on the net. Hence it makes perfect sense for Facebook to follow in Google's footsteps. Google as we know recently launched their new Lexus One mobile phone. It seems that these big enterpises pay someone to work out the phone hardware and then they slap their name on the finished product. An easy way to make money as people will be attracted to the product based on whose name is on it. A good example is Virgin. We have Virgin Broadband, Virgin Cola, Virgin Trains, Virgin Planes. You see Virgin did not invent, broadband, Cola or trains; instead, they got someone to make the hardware, then slapped their name on it. Hence Virgin sits on the same shelf and competes with all the other cola producers for a peice of the market. But cola is cola and a mobile phone is a mobile phone but how do i get someone to buy my Facebook phone instead of Googles Nexus One. Well i suppose it depends on how good the hardware people ( the inventors) are in creating something unique to you, which you will pay for. Maybe a revolutionary Video Social Networking - for a small fee of course!

But anyway, i suppose that the thing to learn from these successful entrepreneurs is to establish a name for yourself. Branding is everything. We trust Facebook and we trust Google which is why we visit them more than we would visit Netlog or Bing. Build a good reputation, make yourself visible and watch yourself grow.

Moshi Monsters?

According to Search engine statistics gatherers one of the most frequently visited websites in 2010 in the UK is Moshi Monsters.

This is a new online game for kids, created by 'parents'. A child gets to 'adopt' a Moshi Monster and take care of it. The child takes care of the monster by solving puzzles. Each puzzle solved earns them virtual reward points called Rox. The child can spend their Rox on virtual items like food, furniture and toys for their monster. The aim of the game is to visit new locations in the Monstro City. There is also a Social Network element. Children can visit other member's pages and leave messages. The website records 12million adoptions to date.

I can see how this website will soon become a success like other social networks like My Space and Facebook. It provides each child with the sense of acheivement each time they solve a puzzle and gain rewards. It builds the element of curiosity to enter the new locations in Monstro City and it also creates competition - maybe the desire to be better than your friends. I can imagine the playground discussions being about who has adopted the most monsters! and who reached a certain location in Monstro City first !.

The Moshi Monster creators have served these children in their following needs - the need to acheive, the desire for enjoyment and fulfilment, the desire for relationship and social interaction and the desire for authority, power and supremacy. Wealth comes when you meet a need. To be a success at business find out what the need is and meet it.

Great Wealthy People are Great Givers!

It is a Universal fact that when you plant a seed in the ground, given the right conditions, that seed will germinate and develop into a plant which will then bear fruit or a harvest over a period of time. The seed that was planted into the ground ,by some strange miracle, is multiplied into several almost identical seeds like itself. Therefore, planting or sowing seeds is the Univeral Principle for Multiplication. This is how the world's food supply is replenished on a regular basis - through sowing (or planting) and reaping the harvest. The seed is GIVEN to the earth by the planter. The earth is the womb or the incubator for multiplication. Given the right conditions, the earth will GIVE BIRTH to a bountiful harvest of multiplied seed. This seed is given back to the planter, in a multiplied form. This is something that some of the wealthiest people of the world have found out. To name a few - Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates and Richard Branson.

In the Holy Bible, the most influential person that ever lived on this earth was Jesus Christ. This was his definition of a Great Person: Mark 10v43 "........but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant."

The one who desires to become great shall be a SERVANT. A Servant GIVES a service. A Service is a system that provides/gives something needed by the public. Therefore Great People are always looking to meet the needs of others. McDonalds caught onto this principle very well. They figured out that people needed a cheap fast food on the go. So they sought out to meet the need - now McDonalds is a multi-million dollar chain of restaurants.

 The more you give to meet a need, the more you seem to reap in abundance. Wealth always follows Great People because they are givers. Great People never strive to be wealthy. Instead, their nature of being a Great Giver causes wealth to pursue them.

Therefore, when you are Motivated for Greatness it means that you are motivated to be a servant of all. You are motivated to serve. You are motivated GIVE.

So today, start where you are at and cultivate a heart of generosity. That is the secret to wealth creation. Great Wealthy People are furnished with abundance for every good work and charitable donation !
It's that simple.

Please Don't Kill Yourself

In the hectic, busy world that we live today it is no wonder why many people feel tired and worn out. There is that "just can't be bothered to get up in the morning" feeling. It surprises us when people who seemingly have everything going for them, decide to all of a sudden, commit suicide. On the outward these individuals have money, they have endless possesions, they have fame. Millions of people admire them and yet deep down inside they are struggling. It's hard for us, who are watching them, to understand what the problem is. After all they have everything - or do they?

To numb the pain, they gunk down bottles of prescription drugs .They go under the surgeons knife to sculpt themselves into what they think the world wants to see. Then afterwards, when things go wrong and they look hideous, the very world that they fought to impress now laughs at them - what a waste of time and money. A grapple for acceptance and yet never, ever achieving it.

What we all really want is to be happy in our soul - the deepest point of our existence. The first step is realising that you will never achieve that happiness from external things like people or possessions. Yes, they add to your life and give you a smile on occasion but if your dependency is on them, it is guaranteed that you will always wind up disappointined. It’s dangerous to place your life on people and possesions. Losing either of them leaves you feeling like you can’t make it anymore.

Get rid of this mentality - ‘I would die if I didn’t have you’ or ‘You are everything to me’ or ‘without my fans I would be nothing.’ Those thoughts are suicide. In the past month actress Sandra Bullock has experienced intense media scrutiny regarding her marriage. We can only imagine what she might be going through. However, regardless of her final decision i.e. whether to stay in her marriage or not, she will still go on with her life. She can still find happiness within herself.

You are precious and special. God didn’t make you just so that you could kill yourself. Ok you lost someone close to you. Ok they hate your movie. Ok they didn’t give you the job. Ok, he/she cheated on you and they're leaving. But guess what? There is still some fight left in you! Don’t you dare kill yourself. The world is waiting for you.
